Since I moved to 3.69 I've been having an issue with turning in quests - the ? on the map stays there as if I didn't turn in until I reloadui or relog. 

Anyone else having this?

I was having that issue and now with the new patch. I'm getting a lot of errors.

Not having any new errors since patch... did you delete your WDB folder?

You may want to delete that char's questie file in WTF folder... you'll lose your quest progress but if it's isolated to one toon you got something bad in there.

[Question] Could you make possible that upon completing a quest, this one will be untracked automatically and disappear from the QuestTracker?

The quest is still available, you can just go to where it was displayed and accept it. If you want to have it marked on the map again you would have to remove it from the QuestieSeenQuests table in the !Questie.lua file located in <wow-folder>/WTF/Account/<your-account-name>/<server-name>/<character-name>/SavedVariables/. You could also use the /questie NUKE command ingame, but that would delete all the quests you have finished and they would show as available on the map again.

hi excuse me, i have some problem with questie, few day before it's works correctly, and this morning i can't track the quest (nothing show me the quest) i uninstall the game, reinstall it, and same issue questie no more track all quest :/ , i try questie nuke, reloadui etc.. nothing happen :( help please :'(

he's crazy, at lvl 21 he work , lvl 22 ... i do one quest , and now 2 quest track , but not the 3  :'( .

now i see the quest track when i have 1 item of the quest Oo

You can find a list of ingame commands in our Wiki. Try to asses if your settings are correct with the /questie settings command. If that doesn't help or the list is awfully short, you can try the /questie clearconfig command.  Note that you might have to track the quests manually once (Shift+Click them in quest log) after adjusting the settings, but from then on they should appear automatically.

hi, thx for the answer, i already try /nuke and /questie clearconfig few minute ago , nothing work he track only the quest when i drop item, i select the quest with shift +clik and i see them only after looting the first item :/ , if the quest ask me to kill some mob, he don't track  :(

Yes.  I just open my map and click "Toggle Questie" button twice as a way of "refreshing" it.  Heh.

Having this same issue of when i shift click my quest it wont track anything until i get an item for it.

I have updated my questie to current 3.69 version and when I log in, it opens a window called VERSION CHECK!

Says something about update and that it will NOT delete my quest data, however it DOES!

When I just press NO, it will show again when I login and it always delete the quest data.

I want this window to stop appearing, because the addon works just fine and all this does is deleting my quest data.

Same thing happens when I try to use clearconfig command. Says it Doesn't clear the Q history, but it absolutely does.

I still got the error with update 3.69 where it says interface/AddOns/!questie/modules/QuestieArrow.Iua:111:attempt to index filed '?'(anil value) tried every trix in the books kinda stuck any advice?

Open up EQL options. Reset them. Then select auto track again.

I have a mac, downloaded the app, dragged the folder.  Nothing, it doesn't show up in my Addons on the main login screen.  Any thoughts?

(I don't have a Mac... but this should point you sorta in the right direction.)

Questie actually lives in a sub-folder called "!Questie".

You'll either need to move the "!Questie" folder into your addons, or create a Symlink with a tool similar to the one in my quick guide to keep addons updated.

I was using a random old version I found in a package and just recently updated to the newest non-beta version.

 

Everything is working great, but one thing is worse than before. It's not showing all/only a few avaliable quests on the minimap. Is there any way to fix this?

Is that 3.70 or 3.69?

Did you review your Questie settings?

If it's 3.70... hit the icon by the mini-map to bring up the settings panel. There are slider bars in the lower left to adjust the min/max quest levels shown.

If it's 3.69... you'll have to use the slash commands in the chat bar.
