At least it won't be as bad as the fresh since a lot of people will be jumping on their higher level toons. Still going to be a TON of newbies, but not 100% of the server like the fresh one.

I'd say go China hunting, but I'll be too busy having to refarm my stolen gold Nost never restored to me when I quit. I wouldn't even have bothered coming back if they were simply reopening, but since we're under new management, things will hopefully be different. I'm also out on tons of valuable mats, which these I admittedly donated to my guild when I quit, which I doubt I can get back unless my former GL shows back up. But it's worth giving it another shot if the numnuts that were in charge of Nost, are not in charge here.

 

I hope we get a god damn population cap this time around too, because that 15k фекал needs to go. Cap this at 7k, and then open up as many more realms as necessary, and just take transfers. I'll pay you for a transfer if that's what you want. I don't want to play on a 15k trainwreck again. There was nothing good about that population, and it in fact caused many problems for the server and its players.

 

I do plan to level again; as it's been a long time, and recording one will be something different. It'll make 6 60s in total, although it'll be another one I do nothing with after he's max level.

Not me. The game wasn't designed for that many people. 5-7k tops. Honestly, about 4k is the real sweet spot.

I totally agree. The game experience starts to deteriorate at 8k and thats when the economy starts cannibalizing itself. Items that are super rare, like edgemasters, become 2k-3k gold, and items that are pretty rare, like healing wands and the like, become 10g. Everything starts to break down gameplay wise as well.
