We all (i hope) know the story of Talisman of Binding Shard, the necklace that only a warrior named Noktyn got it. My sole question is; WILL IT BE AVAIILABE?

afair, original nostalrius timeline had one single drop of the talisman as a precondition for both tf vessels to be added to the loottables. However, not confirmed since I never saw any one with the talisman

It dropped on the pvp nost server and was yet to drop on pve server. Us PVE people just assumed nost staff forgot to put it in our loot tables

Newer realms should drop it at least once, if they're following a timeline and trying to be Blizzlike.

What has lootcouncil got to do with it?

 

That guild is made up of friends/trolls (depending on which side of the fence you are on). They pretty much do everything together.

Mmhm. I particularly loved how they talked like they had some special standing on the server, that their opinions and complaints mattered more, simply because they poosocked their way to "realm first" on a private server for a 12 year old game.
