If you'd like to be part of a stable, social and progress oriented guild please read on: We are a semi-hardcore guild with a very chilled raiding atmosphere, which we want to combine with top performance and high focus in progress. If you can handle the heat in the banter department, you will get on well here. If you can dish it out, you will be here for a long time. We party hard, but we also work hard. We pride ourselves on providing a great environment to raid in. Silly banter is a big part of our raiding, but so is focus on performance. What we expect of you: Skill: You need to know your class inside out, and be able to adapt to an ever changing raid environment. Communication: You speak proper english, and have a decent quality microphone that you're willing to use. We also expect you to be able to take criticism, be it constructive or just plain hate. Things get heated up during progress, and this cannot be an issue. Dedication: You prioritize PvE, and do everything in your power to contribute to guild progress. This means always showing up on time, fully repaired and prepared with personal buffs and consumables. Reliability: We expect close to 100% attendance from you, regardless of whether or not you are sitting a raid out. Absence without official leave is unacceptable. You cannot rely on a raid spot if we cannot rely on you. Progression schedule: Wednesday: 18:30 - 23:00 Thursday: 18:30 - 23:00 Sunday: 18:30 - 23:00 This is subject to change depending on current content. Loot distribution: Nebula uses Loot Council. Loot is distributed by officers and relevant class leaders, in a way that benefits the guild progress as a whole. Players that consistently perform well, are more likely to receive loot. Partly as a reward, but mostly because helping them in turn helps the guild overall. Recruitment: We are currently recruiting all classes to build up a stable roster on Elysium.
