A gm carried over a vendetta against me from the old server, and has since then banned me saying I was on final warning...  a final warning I was issued around a year ago on old nost.  How this makes it over to a new company and a new server altogether is beyond me.  But I think this is it for me.  My appeal will probably be deleted.

 I enjoyed playing with you alliance pals and enjoyed fighting the horde in redridge and darkshire on my final day.  We fought everywhere in town on rooftops and then i decided to bring the war to them via the top of tarren mill.   Every game 30 people wallclimb in AV to skip our base so I also used vanns roof to stop the cheaters from winning games.

Heed my warning fellow players.  Anything you did on old nost around a year ago will be carried over here, all they have to do is dislike you.  And since my teleportation to GM island happed 10 seconds after i landed on the roof, right before i landed a kill, it suggests I was stalked beforehand.  Good luck and have fun,  -SXT  Rip t2 hunter

You probably got banned for fighting on the rooftops as it is considered a safespot and npc's can't get to you. Since it is a clear violation of the Terms of Use.

Yes but that is not the point.  Unfortunately alot of us break that rule, but it was considered a minor infraction at most.  Unlike hacking/cheating.  What the point was is that he carried the case I had from over a year ago here, and used it against me personally.

Others have been banned for the same exact thing.. I highly doubt a specific GM has a vendetta for you

I hope for your sake they review your appeal since you made a lot of progression, if not I can't blame them.

They said specifically that the token system did push all warnings as well. Not sure why that was a surprise to you, or how you thought your slate was wiped clean. Better luck on the new server and stop safespotting.

To all Alli in AV, assign a mage to rank 1 improved blizzard spam the back door jump point, and have a healer 30 yards back from him healing him if needed.   Horde will be slowed and can't make the jump = Alli win.

Counter the back door rush while not exploiting with only 2 out of 40 people.

The server is as close as they can get it to blizz like vanilla. Rules are always subject to change. As it is a private server they have their own rules. Sure they may not be blizzard rules but who cares. Follow the rules or get banned its that simple. Not the staffs fault that he failed to adhere to the rules.

LOL, Vandar stormpike roof is 50x easier than the way the horde gets through the backdoor.  If they cant learn this to counter it as well than so be it.  I am a realist they will not ban the whole horde faction.  And horde does not deseve to be banned for it either considering how OP the bridge is.  Id rather find my own creative ways to fight back than report people because I can't use my brain to win.  If I am punished for that than so be it.  That is not a place I would like to continue playing.  Better it happend now than in AQ.

I am a huge user of jumps/wall tricks, like in WSG for FCing.  I used to do it in vanilla and I used various ones through all expacs.  What did OP get banned for?  Did he use a program to get up there or did he just use a intricate jump path?  Why is it not allowed if he wasn't using third party programs.

You should read the ToU prior to playing before you get banned too.
