Could be nice if the message sent out prior to the shutdown are more precise. All though it stated that it was a restart, it was a shutdown and with no estimated down time. 

But as for the updates +1 can't wait to see it in-game.

fishing pools where removed .all of them are was there set ones removed  if all that kind of sucks i liked fishing .

Still no fix for Arcane Missiles and his unlimited range. I guess people still gonna abuse this in bgs. :(

First of all, good fixed, i appreciate it!
But im wondering about the LOS bug, where u just cant use Trees/smaller rocks for running LOS? Melees having a big disadvantage in here, also its impossible to drag caster NPCs further back or dodging their casts...

Please explain this one. As you surely know, Anathema warlocks (and hunters, but they can rename their pets easily) have been stuck with all their summons being named the same: "Pet", ever since the Nost character transfer.

There were never any official comments on the issue, so most people didn't use the PetAbandon() command (which I'm guessing is the "exploit" you're talking about) because a) it's expensive to do because you have to retrain all the summon spells all over again, b) they were hoping that there will be an official fix for it in the future.

Is everyone just stuck with "Pet" now or will there be an actual fix for this?

Now, i might be a total noob when i ask.. but what does: " Please, make sure to clean your WDB folder ", mean? Im not this technical minded on World of Warcraft.

Even with the "exploit" renaming the warlock pet was expensive.

In your wow folder, c:\program\world of Warcraft, or where ever you have it, there's a folder called: WDB. Delete that.

It is not always a simple task to make the changes and fix the things that are being done, to a game like this.

Often, in development in general, problems or issues arise that were not foreseen, for many reasons, and these things add time to bug fixes or implementation. 

There is one thing you can be sure of, any extra time over the initial estimates will be very much needed and important or they would not extend it, I very much doubt they are taking longer than expected because everything was seamlessly patched, if you get my meaning. 

 

TLDR:  They do give the best estimate they can, but sometimes.. well.. shit happens.
