General Angerforge loot table

Do someone can tell me if the loot table is bugged or I'm being super unlucky?

As a tank, I'm looking to get the trinket "Force of will" from the boss General Angerforge and I know this item is quite common. But after 23 quick runs only killing this boss, I ended up getting every possible items over 5 times except the one I need and if i look on database, it says its chances to drop are 20%. 

So, the odds that I don't get this items after 23 tries are below 1% and I find it really weird.

Sounds like a terrible case of RNG. Then again, perhaps it is bugged. I'd recommend you do a bug report.

It took me 52 runs for force of will.  I am at 116 Rend kills and still haunt seen NR tank helm.

Took me 2 runs. It can drop.

Seen it drop 4 times now. /w me ingame and I'll run you.

Took me 36 runs for mara princess ring to drop which is 18% droprate and i got epic dagger with 1% drop before i got that ring. Rng is cruel sometimes

That's not really a good way to look at odds even if the percentage may be correct.

Every Time you enter and kill the boss you have 20% chance of getting the loot you want and 80% chance of not getting it.

Even if you don't get it for 1000 runs at the 1001 run it's still 20% chance to get it. No matter how small the odds was for any outcome, it will still be 80% chance for you to fail, every time.

Ehh no? Are you for real? Are you telling people to do a BUG REPORT for having bad rng? Seriously dude. It's like going back to the store with your 6 sided dice and complain that your dice is broken because you didn't roll 6 after 30 rolls.

Bugget loot-tables isnt something new in WoW. Be it private servers or retail.

there is no "good" or "bad" way to look at it, there is only logic. both statements are correct.

Well I disagree. He is looking at odds in the "I should have won by now" way and that's bad in my opinion.

In another thread there was a guy who accused (indirectly) the Elysium staff for being corrupt when one Chinese raid had got good loot from a raid run because they never did. That guys was looking on the odds in a BAD way. He basically looked at a lottery and calculated that the odds of the jackpot winner was so low that it must be rigged because he never won, he didn't look it at in the way that even though the odds are extremely low for the winner, it's 100% that someone wins.

OP is looking on odds in a BAD way in my opinion. He is looking at the 1% chance of something that have happened and that "he should have won by now" and "I have lost so many time so I should win now" (not his word just an illustration) rather than the 80% chance of him to losing every run no matter what the odds are for the past.

No one have claimed that but it's stupid to ask someone to do a BUG REPORT when a player don't get the loot he want after a handful of runs when there is no other indication on that it should be bugged and in fact is just normal RNG and nothing extraordinary.

I did 87 Rend Runs for the Fury Bracers, i've yet to seen them drop. Then i ran my first UBRS on my alt Mage and the bracers dropped and i won them by a greed Roll......

I'm at 132 UBRS runs and still havn't seen plate NR tank helm.   I've seriously just about given up.  The time I used to spam run Rend/UBRS is now invested in AQ20 weekend mornings when I get home from work, or farming for raid consumables.

Hilarious because it just dropped in my last UBRS yesterday and the tank already had it xD, he needs the fire one but yet to see it after 30-40 runs.
