I am also known as vox, I just wanted to not really give a farewell to the server but a goodbye, I joined this server back when it was Nostalrius PvE I was apart of Server firsts here Onyxia and 8/10 MC, I lead Goon Squad and I lead Vicarious, both really strong guilds. But the server has lost its lust, back when it was Nostalrius PvP with 15k players online I couldnt play being a North American player, so when this server Launched I dropped everything I had on Nostalrius PvP, this server was only a little bit bigger than it is now, but it was always growing and no one was quitting, I have seen so many friends leave this server, I was one of the only remnants and I started to realize I was holding on to a dream, this will never be the server it was. It is sad to see what it has become. there was so much competition here but it all faded. it now has 2 competitive horde guilds and 2 competitive alliance guilds. Ever since I have been on Warmane I have my love for the game back, people always online no matter what time it is always something to do. wurzlsepp 0 Report post Posted June 20, 2017 Makes me kinda sad to see some of you guys leave. I guess with the recent hype around tbc servers and summer time realm pop took a certain hit. Im currently in a well organized and healthy alliance guild with enough things to do to keep me playing 2-3hours per day. The horde side of this server is rather concerning though. Faction ratio is currently at its worst point in history, pvp feels kinda empty. World boss competition is non existent anymore. Well I hope to see some of you guys on the next content patches and maybe future battlegrounds (I never was that big of a pvp crack but enjoyed those battlegrounds against the horde pvp gurus quite a bit). 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

One of the main reasons why I went to Elysium. I just found myself missing WPVP and fights for faction domination. I also of course liked the fresh experience as well that Elysium offered, although that appeal is to be expected when a new server opens up, a lot of players are nomads who go to the most exciting/highest populated servers and move on to the next when things start to stagnate due to lack of new content to suit their needs for immediate gratification, which has already happened to a degree on Elysium. The server started out at 12k peak and is now under 7k on weekends and the gradual loss of players has affected all servers. Even on Elysium it's impossible to go a night without some moron quoting the realm population at the time and saying "Server Dead." I don't see any major problems with Darrowshire outside of the population discrepancy between factions, IMO.
