Are there actually any good alliance BG's?

ive won literally 1 out of 12 games today. if its like this for the rest of the week and for AV i dont see a point in playing anymore. I wanted to play pvp but its impossible to get anywhere when alliance afk farms points that are already capped. i wish i would have rolled horde every single day i play.

Yes, there are many good alliance PvPers. If you look through the forums, you will see horde players complaining about getting stomped in BGs by both premades and pugs. It sounds like you caught a bad string of games.

after losing 22 of 26 games today i can safely say alliance sucks. Even with the premades i had. There wernt even games where i could get carried since most people give up after the first push. So i finally make a premade my last game and then get a game vs all warlords that stomped every flag. pvping is pointless now. cant win in world pvp cant win in BG this server is definitely going to die at this rate. If AV is the same im sure it will be the end of alliance queing for everyone but the afk farmers.

You can leave the server if you want. But alliance win in pugs all the time, and more often in premades. 

 

The afk'ing in AV will be strong, no doubt. But probably on both sides.

if every team in BG has random players. And the only constants are you and losing. Then maybe it isn't Alliance that sucks?

1. Horde wait 30+ minutes at a time to get into BG's. If you were horde you would be crying about how you wish you rolled alliance everyday right now. 

2. It doesn't matter if you win or lose from an honor perspective. Everyone else who is pugging honor on alliance is also losing, even if you manage to win a game all 15 people on your team get that honor, you didn't manage to get a gain on anyone. Grinding honor is about how many hours you can put in per week, has nothing to do with winning or losing, learn to see the forest from the trees.

Alliance seem better off than they were a few months ago.  I've had about a 66% win rate over my last 100 games as a pug.

Winning bg's in ely is mostly related to group set up, which team you are facing and how communicative and willing to try your team is.

AB specificly is a game were personal skill is subpar compared to the awareness and reaction speed of individual players.

also, count your retribution paladins, if 25/50%+ of your support classes are spriest/retri or feral you can be pretty sure you'll lose.

So, I reported one, my first AFK player, Cnpaladin <old driver take take me>.

We will see the action taken by GMs. (While i'm writing these lines, he's chaining AVs, perma AFK).

Did you provide them with video proof? Otherwise what are they supposed to do if they check on him and he's no longer AFK?

How do you want me to film him during the time of his afk? First, it would be too long and I want to participate in the game! And second, even if I film him, from how long of inactivity would it in order to become an AFK proof?

I hope that GMs can read some logs showing his perma inactivity.

How was the Nostalrius team doing? However, they did not need videos and they still managed to ban AFK players.

The policy here is that the gms have to catch them in the act of doing it.  The gms also ask that you also show evidence when you report someone but that seems counter productive if the gms are still required to catch them in the act.
