OMFG Thank you mate. Glad this post got stickied.

Edit: Luna Unit Frames wasn't in that list of addons. I personally prefer it to frames such as Xperl; it also has a built in 'Clique' function where you can bind your spells to raid frame clicks eliminating the need for the Clique addon. YOU MUST EDIT "-MASTER" OUT OF THE FOLDER NAME or it will not work. You're welcome.

To display the TotalHP of a mob, you need MobHealth3 as well. You have to wait to be in combat for the addon to calculate and go from percentage to total HP in your target frame.

Okay, I can not get Bagnon to work. I have downloaded all of them and they are either out dated of Dependency missing.

Found one called Joana's Guide, but it doesn't get scanned because the file is too large.  I want to trust it, but I want to make sure!

You cannot scan addons for viruses with a normal anti-virus program.
