How many people are starting a new char. on Nostl. PvP?

Recommended Posts

I'm a first timer to wow, but have been playing MMORPG's for years. Always wanted to play WOW but was too late and my friends were all high lvls and deep in raids. FINALLY theres going to be a FRESH server in January. But I, like most people, aren't going to want to wait till then to play.

I'm definitely going to make a new character tomorrow and was wondering how many others will too? I know there will be alot of people logging on to their old lvl 60 characters, but I'm hoping there will be a good amount of lvl 1's to wreck havoc with.

Anyone else planning to start a new char. until the fresh server comes out?

Thousands of people will be starting lvl 1s tomorrow. You'll be sickened by the shear amount of people in starter zones. You will have a blast. Enjoy.

Thousands and thousands of people will be doing this. The starting areas will be a mad house and you'll have a similar feeling to a fresh server start. The only downside, is going to be the massive amount of ganking from established lvl 60's. Although, I know both sides will have defenders that will come out to protect the lowbies.

I'm ready for tomorrow to come, hopefully I can get an early break out of the starting zones into some less populated areas.  Warrior or priest first, always a tough decision.

I'm going to make a toon or two on PVE, mostly to reserve names just in case. Other than that my focus will be on fresh. I don't plan on rolling on Nost pvp at all at this point. I had toons over there but can't remember my login info so I took it as a sign to move on from that server.

No one will gank you in the first couple of zones guys, relax. :)

Unless you attack first you will be fine, and with the dynamic respawn timers enabled this time around, it should ... could ;) be better than the old Nost launch. ^^

Erm.. Everybody?!? Stop asking stupid questions and be patient.

Everybody is excited like its Christmas morning, you can't fault us for wanting to chat about anything and everything wow right now. Isn't that what these forums are for?

I bet a lot of those who first thought that they'd want to roll fresh and nothing else will actually roll on old PvP server tomorrow just purely out of fear that fresh will not get quite the same amount of people it would if it started along with old reboot. So those who hit 60 fast and get into raiding guilds, get to find a family will no longer feel same drive to start fresh.

If they really want fresh why don the just wait the extra 3 weeks / month. Its not that long.

Yes, make new char, try new and different things for me, and when the fresh realm launches, gonna hop on there creating my favorite class, race, faction.

After a while im gonna decide what i want the most.

The new adventures on the Nost server , or the ones that used to be my favourite until then , on teh fresh.

A lot of people because the server is called Nostalrius Pvp. The new server is called Elysium and nobody will want to play there because of the name.
