a longshot (character from nost)

so i wasnt aware that we had a limited time to transfer characters from nost so i missed out

HOWEVER i have pictures (lots of pictures) that basically prove that i really did have this character on nost

i know this is a long shot but would the admins / gms allow me to have my character? i didnt have much

lvl 60 lock 57 gold my gear was mostly stuff i crafted from tailoring and would be considered late 50's kinda gear so im not asking for much

PS: im not linking the pictures for anyone to steal and try this same tactic but if a admin / gm says "yeah sure sounds great" ill pm them some links

 

Clarification: im suggesting that the gm's manually create the character (it wouldn't take long)

There is no way for them to allow you to have your character. They did not shut down the transfers, Nost did. That character is still on Nost's database, so there is really nothing that can be done.

They both told you exactly what has happened with character transfers. You're just going to get the same answer if you ask a GM. Don't waste their time.

Well excuse me for politely answering the question you posted in the general section of a public forum.

Your characters are gone. You fell asleep on the transfer. You should have gotten them transfered within the first couple days. You had the same window as all of us who successfully transfered our characters. But, you blew it. 

You can send a pm to a gm, or start a ticket in game. Go ahead and waste your time. The answer that was given in this thread is a cometely accurate representation of the official answer that the staff has already given.

Try doing some research next time. Maybe it will save you the agony of politely worded correct responses.

It's not possible to restore your account. Everything but the character's name is encrypted. Nostalrius' transfer site provided tokens which were used to decrypt the account data. There is no way for Elysium to restore your data.

It's highly unlikely they will. If they offer you your character back, they should offer anyone who missed the transfer period this manual creation. Imagine the amount of work they have to put in to confirm characters existed and then create it with all items, skills and such.

unlike most people i have screen shots of all my items i doubt most people would have that so no they wouldnt have to recreate so many accounts and im sorry if i dont feel like putting in another 20 days of play time to re get what i should already have had (im sure a lot of you understand) and i understand its a long shot (hence the title) but their is no downside to asking even if its ignored or even if the admins say no its atleast worth a shot (i dont see why im getting so much hate on this its not negativly impacting you in anyway and its not like 1 character with sub par items and 57 gold would be able to disrupt the economy)

Elysium staff will not re-create your character even if you had screenshots of literally every aspect of your character.

 

Why? Because they don't have time for that shit, and because anyone could easily take screenshots of their characters from insta-60 servers and claim that it was from old nost.

Yeah it sucked losing my character too, since the token generator stopped working. At least you weren't raid geared or anything. You're out of luck like me and a lot of other people (who were way more geared than you were). No hate from me bro, just honesty.

My new character's only lvl 27 and I already have 50g just from mining. Shouldn't be that bad getting back to where you were. And if it is too much effort for you... well RIP I guess.

I understand completely.  But it's NEVER gonna happen.  They do it for you then it opens the floodgates for everyone else to ask.  There were people trying to transfer characters right from the start but could never get the token to work, yet still, even though it wasn't their fault, they had to accept their characters were gone.  It's time for you to accept the same.
