If the developing team could find some time, it would be nice if they provided their plan (if there is any) for dealing with this kind of situation. Danko 1 Report post Posted December 14, 2016 i think opening a 4th sever before at least a month or 2 has past would be a bad idea. we need to see how many of these peeps are gonna drop off. i can see a 4th realm splitting the pop, and then half the peeps the realms were split for just quit one day.... and we are left with a split pop. i suppose they could probably merge the servers back but that would be a pain for the devs. Not to mention they are already paying 1200$ for the fresh and old server hosting. Mealticket 0 Report post Posted December 14, 2016 I believe you can find at least 3 instances in these forums where I said it would be unplayable. Especially, the fresh server. The Nost pop wasn't all sunshine and roses. It created an added level of difficulty to the non raid/5man content. I think the concern here is even though the old server had 150k, there wasn't all this hype to jump on starting at a specific time on a specific day.
