Gizzles2313 0 Report post Posted December 15, 2016 Im probably going ret pally for pvp. I think with the right skill set and the player you could be pretty good. I know ret pallys are a joke in raids but I don't think I ever had bad luck with them in pvp
Rayaleith 2 Report post Posted December 15, 2016 Holy palas are great for group PvP. Tremendous utility.
Sussemilch 0 Report post Posted December 15, 2016 (edited) Hmm, moonkin form didn't come out until 1.8... (e) oh good, that's before 1.12. We're not doing math Edited December 15, 2016 by Sussemilch
Vomit 0 Report post Posted December 16, 2016 Didn't moonkin form suck until BC or later? I can't remember seeing many before that. Maybe suck is a little too strong. Druids were typically relegated to healing.
Undertanker 88 Report post Posted December 16, 2016 Yeah moonkin can do decent in short fights. Drop off greatly after +30 second fight. They get pretty much a 17.5% damage increase if you got a TF in the raid, since bosses only get at max 70 NR, -25 NR is damn helpful.
Fightmilk 0 Report post Posted December 16, 2016 I remember back in beta paladins got a anytime weapon style (crusader strike) and oh man were they op as hell. No surprise they removed it before release or shortly after.

killerduki 54 Report post Posted December 16, 2016 (edited) That moment you realize Ret Paladins don't have Crusader Strike or Divine Storm No thanks for me, i don't want tbc or alpha changes , i want vanilla ret as i used to play . i still miss my old days when as Ret Paladin you can pull 1200 dps on undeads. Seal and Judgement of Command is for me , Consecration was driving me crazy when i see those folks to be honest, it was miss leading the principles and Game Play style of Paladins. /Kind regards Killerduki Edited December 16, 2016 by killerduki

gotmilk0112 10 Report post Posted December 16, 2016 (edited) Didn't moonkin form suck until BC or later? I can't remember seeing many before that. Maybe suck is a little too strong. Druids were typically relegated to healing. Yes, vanilla Moonkin form doesn't do anything except give you some extra armor and 3% crit. And you can only cast Balance spells, you can't even dispel or innervate or brez or anything, without dropping form. i think moonkins have great damage but basically non existent mana which is the main problem. i could be wrong on that one tho. Yep, like non-Mage/Warlock caster dps, mana is their biggest problem. Especially when they're pressured into using Innervate on healers instead of themselves. Enhancement 12 Report post Posted December 16, 2016 Paladins still rock. I mean, Ret/Reckoning is wicked in 1v1 world PvP, and Holy/Prot is disgustingly good in PvP support.

AshixBorden 4 Report post Posted December 16, 2016 Two words... SEAL + TWISTING I will admit, you have seal of command fixed now. Does that even help though?
Vaulken 0 Report post Posted December 17, 2016 I still love ret but you gotta be level 40 for фекал to really hit the jet fuel can't melt steel beams. It's a lot more fun when you start twisting seals for mana to keep consecrate up, switching between crusader, mana and command. BUT ваууING HELL level 40 man geez.
Theloras 108 Report post Posted December 17, 2016 (edited) I will admit, you have seal of command fixed now. Does that even help though? Seal of Command’s proc now benefits from Sanctity Aura and has a small delay when triggered. - this means that we finally have a working Seal of Command Seal of Righteousness can now trigger mainhand weapon procs. - this is huge as well because now we can go for a full spell damage build and maximize procs from enchants/items/weapons/trinkets such as: Blazefury Medallion Binds when picked up Neck +13 Agility +14 Stamina +12 Fire Resistance Requires Level 60 Equip: Adds 2 fire damage to your melee attacks. Fiery Plate Gauntlets Binds when equipped Hands Plate 379 Armor +10 Fire Resistance Durability 45 / 45 Requires Level 53 Equip: Adds 4 fire damage to your weapon attack. Storm Gauntlets Binds when equipped Hands Mail 218 Armor +7 Intellect +10 Fire Resistance Durability 40 / 40 Requires Level 54 Equip: Adds 3 Lightning damage to your melee attacks. Equip: Increases damage done by Nature spells and effects by up to 21. Fiery Retributer Binds when picked up Unique Main Hand Sword 56 - 105 Damage Speed 1.80 (44.7 damage per second) 60 Armor +7 Strength Durability 90 / 90 Requires Level 60 Equip: Increased Defense +5. Equip: Adds 2 fire damage to your melee attacks. Edited December 17, 2016 by Theloras
