About the ZK Transfer

Recommended Posts

Hello Elysium,

it is great that ppl can Transfer to any Realm. I my self play on elysium and dont mind if the ZK players can join our server but there are some things that concern me alot. THe biggest issue is the amount of Gold/items players can bring from such a low pop realm. My suggestion is to limit the transfering players to only transfer 1 Char with 1k gold and no other consumables.

It is unfair that ZK is dieing and they should have a good option in transfering but you also dont wonna be unfair to the Elysium players either so please limit the Consumes players can bring.

Feel free to discuss

I don't know Gilnash, I've been saying this for some weeks, and the admins of Elysium seem to be fully aware of the economic argument. But they also seem to give in to ZK, and let the silent majority of Elysium suffer.

What's the weirdest thing to me is that they base their transfer idea solely on the poll on the ZK forums & talks held with ZK players, people from Elysium PVP have been entirely left out of this discussion.

Is there any facts available somewhere that show that the ZK players have more gold/items than Elysium players?

Agree totally.

I made a post on the reddit yesterday highlighting this issue and the general hypocrisy from the ZK players in just wanting whatever suits them best with no thought to our server's community and economy.   I think more Elysium players would speak up about it if they knew the potentially terrible economy crash even one small guild could cause.

@Wrathran It doesn't take a genius to appreciate that an average of 2 people farming in a zone on ZK for Black Lotus are gonna have a lot more stockpiled up than 10 people competing on average  in a zone on Elysium.

In short, we have seen them straight up delete items before such as the Dark Iron Residues last patch - they could do that again with a list of high value consumables and let them keep say a hard cap of 1000g per account.   I think the real reason they won't do this however is because it would be too much effort to implement so we just suffer instead.

Well ely players have no voice in this. As they are players not the admins.

Allowing them to merge is alrdy huge in the first place, there should be a limitation or this will end up affecting elysium economy.

That wouldnt be fair to the ppl who invest so much time farming and gathering mats.

It will effect your economy for a week or two at the most.

Lets say they dump 5000 lotuses into the economy.

The prices crash

people gobble them up at low prices because they know its a one time drop

The prices rise.

No amount of items will ever force an economy of elysium's size to crash longer than a month. It's just not possible you have more players that any stockpile could supply

yea sure, delete all the consumables zeth kur players worked for during their playtime. All the pots they stacked for their molten core raids, all their herbs, all their arcanite bars they got to craft their items and so on. Only because a bunch of devilsaur mafia crybabies are afraid to lose their easy money making monopholy. Best idea to lose all zeth kur playerbase entirely. Your selfishness is impressive.

It's funny how out of the 4 people advocating for consumables deletion upon transfer on this thread 2 of them are new made accounts with 1 post in their history (aka fake accs), and the other 2 are members of the mafia (just check their "other posts" history). It's enlightening, really.

If you fail to realize that those are legit concerns, then you're completely biased or retarded. One or the other, and also u have 3 posts i don't know how the post count matters, i never felt the need to post on this forum before.

zk players can decide if they wonna transfer so its a free choice on the end its up to them if they wonna play with a healthy pop  atleast they can keep the pvp ranks and chars instead of rerolling all over^it whould be a fair middle ground in the end

Cheaper AH prices dont mean it's better for everyone, it's basic economics you are completely retarded my friend, and also biased. People who play more should be rewarded that's just how the game is, if you don't like that feel free to play on retail i'm afraid this game isn't for you.

So, your telling me that the player with a real job, can only clock 4-5 hrs a night isn't going to benefit. Writing it off as "basic economics" then saying retard and retail isn't a good look man. Flesh out your points highschooler..

You clearly didn't get my point, i didn't say you can't make any benefit if you are a casual, at no point did i say you have to play 20h/day or just drop your job to play WoW. Don't twist my words because you hate mafia members :)

u're confirming only mafia members are crying for item deletion...guess why? U're also the reason why ely is so toxic. Seriously guys, u're like a plague affecting this servers. If only the admins had the balls to purge you all the whole project would benefit from it. Alas they dont. Now stop crying pls.

Wait... Are we acting like Elysium's economy is good in the first place?
