Ironic how GRIZZLY, in all their monopolizing greed for devilsaur leather, and in cooperating with the opposite faction, has created a perfect environment for goldsellers. the cross stitching is real. Now it's a problem don't you think?

 

Before anybody goes nuts, remember that cooperating with your polar opposite simply should not  be a thing, and while it is not against server rules (as they cannot control it) it is most certainly a grey area and breaching a red area in this type of situation.

 

Context - Grizzly and the Un'Goro Mafia are two large guilds that cooperate with eachother whilst on different factions, thus giving them the ability to make a monopoly on certain items such as Devilsaur Leather. That alone isn't a huge problem since players alone can fix it ------------- until the prices are so high that players who simply do not care about anything but their toon will just buy gold.

 

Something needs to be done about it.

Wintrading, which is organised cross faction cooperation, is banned, but  the organised cross faction cooperation  in Un'Goru is allowed.

I don't understand why the PVP community isn't angry about this, as it goes against the principle of PVP servers.

I was on PVP servers on retail from the start of Wrath up untiI I quit Legion and to me this kind of thing going unpunished just screams out as being wrong.

you should check whether or not there has ever been anyone punished for "fighting the own faction" in open world environment. like find a bluepost

ppl back then just were not as retarded as theyre now so they very rarely teamed up again their own faction. so its pretty unclear if blizz punished such behaviour or not. since such behaviour was punished in pvp environment (such as win trading in BGs), its quite possible it also was in open world. just rather unknown

Thats easy: was Swifty ever punished for calling opposing faction on stream so they kill alliance hyper multiboxer while saying to other allies at the same time "Do not touch the horde!"?
