As you have probably guessed, this is a rant post. I understand that horde population is bigger, but the situation in every area for lvl 49 + is just ridiculous. Swarms of Horde players patrol every single area and instakill all alliance. I am level 52, and haven't finished a quest for over an hour. How do you expect to have smaller BG queues when you dont let the allies level....Grow some balls and go pvp against level 60s... ( This also applies to the idiotic farm machines, the xiao-retardaos )

I'm lv52 too... what class/toon. Me and my rogue friend kill EVERY red we venture on and if you happen to be in the same area we're question. You will be killed a LOT.

I actually felt sorry for a dwarf paladin miss(something) we killed over and over. Please do not take it personal, we do it for the honor and because YOU ARE THE ENEMY. =)

I really dont have a problem against same lvl people , hell i welcome it , but when i get spawn killed by lvl 60 , high ranked hordes that just run plain annoying and sad.

I got ganked by 3 60 horde in theramore. I called a friend and he came and we ganked them till spirit rez.

I suggest doing the same.

World pvp is mandatory if you're ranking as horde, as the bg queues are often to long (especially if you soloqueue).

Don't expect this to stop anytime soon, and btw it's nothing personal just honor :)

This is nothing.    Any OG Anathema players remember the 45 minutes it would take just to make to from the front of DM to one of the instance zones?

Horde would group in sets of 7-10 and space out JUST enough to where if you went max rez distance, it would be on top of the next set of people all the way through the DM path.   Then the instance door of west was stacked with about 20 horde to insta gib anybody attempting to reset an instance.  Oh and some times once I finally made it to the end of their list of kill camps, they would have a priest at the last camp MC you and walk you back, and priest would do the same at the camp before and so on and so on.  Then they would kill you at the first camp again and you have to start over.   10-15 min rez timer and more at this point.

Stop trying to quest in over populated zones.   Find a corner of a map and grind.  You'll level faster.

I honestly think the answers to these kinds of rants are ridiculous. It's always "it's a PvP server, roll with it" which misses the point. Yes, it is a PvP server and people must expect to get killed... a lot. But I think it's allright to point out when people are being complete dicks and on these forums people are almost at the point of gloryfying this behaviour. Just because there are no rules against corpsecamping and excessive ganking doesn't make you a less of a dick if you spawn camp one player a thousand times. When you do that, you full well know that this player's gaming experience is horrible and you are actively trying to make it worse.

You are a naïve idiot. They are killing you so they can compete with other horde rankers, not purely for the fun of it (although it is rather fun). They would prefer to be in a BG instead, but due to the population differences they have 45mins between each queue pop, and they need to farm honor during those 45 mins to remain competitive for top stands.

@Jarlen, these are just some vanilla supremacists who like to think they are playing a very difficult and hardcore game to make them feel better, so whenever they see someone struggle with anything they would say shit like "welcome to vanilla" or "go back to retail" and other stuff.

@Oakenlix I know these forums are filled with people just trying to provoke others and I think that's a shame. The overwhelming majority of people I interact with on Elysium are incredibly nice to group with and really helpful and it would have been cool if these forums reflected that. These forums just make it seem like everyone are being dicks and if I had read these forums before playing, I might not even have started.

You are right tho, these threads will not change anything but I felt like this forum needed some balancing i terms of speaking out against some of the excessive gankers. It might let some people know that not everyone thinks that extreme ganking is just "part of life", who knows.

@Jarlen The reason people make fun of you is because this happens to everybody, and you're the only one who comes to the forum and complain like a child.

If someone is camping you past the honor cap; making it their mission to ruin your game play, 99% of the time its because you did something to them. Either you killed their friend/alt, or you refuse to leave an area they want to themselves, or you just make yourself a target by constantly rezzing exactly on the rez timer and try to run, when you know you're not going to get away.  Why do you do these things?  

It doesn't matter how many they are, or how high level they are. If you get killed more than twice by the same player, in a short amount of time, the idiot is you.

I don't know if it's any comfort but Horde get's gank aaaaaaaall the time to ;) I have both horde and alliance characters on Anathema and Elysium. I see no difference in ganking taken.
